• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.

• Attend Weekly Meetings.

• Monitor Earthworks activities, including Cut & Fill based on the Boundary Line.

• Conduct Material on Site Inspections, including soil, macadam, basecourse, Sq. Pile, all precast concrete, rebar, WF steel, anchors, grout cement, aluminum foil, zincalume, zinc chromate paint, finishing materials, electrical and plumbing materials, etc.

• Control compaction of Subgrade & Subbase areas based on CBR specifications.

• Monitor installation of SQ Piles.

• Record PDA Test results and provide recaps.

• Check Shop Drawings for the substructure and architectural plans.

• Monitor substructure works, including pile cutting, excavation of pile caps & tie beams, reinforcement installation, formwork erection, and concrete pouring.

• Control concrete pouring for the substructure, checking slump and concrete temperature per truck mixer.

• Monitor fabrication of reinforcement bars, structural steel, and zincalume roofing.

• Monitor structural steel works, including checking verticality, deflection, level, and anchor installation (joint check with main contractor surveyor).

• Monitor installation of zincalume roof and wall/cladding.

• Monitor leveling and installation of subbase layers for floor construction (joint check with surveyor).

• Control installation of wire mesh for floor slabs.

• Control concrete pouring for floor slabs, checking slump and concrete temperature (random truck mixer).

• Conduct Concrete Compression Tests at an independent/third-party laboratory (for all structural concrete).

• Monitor drainage works, including excavation for closed and open drains, checking MoS for uditch and cover, installation of uditch, and finishing works.

• Monitor finishing works for the main building, facility, and utility areas of the warehouse.

• Monitor fence construction, including checking MoS for precast mini-piles and panels, pile installation, tie beam reinforcement, panel installation, barbed wire installation, and fence finishing works.

• Create a Punchlist for Handover.

• Monitor repair actions.

• Closing/handover process.
