Position: Reliability Manager

 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading reliability processes that focus on reaching operational excellence and developing and implementing strategies to deliver improved asset reliability and performance. This role leads the corporate level reliability strategy development and plan execution

 

Job Description:

  • Perform of Reliability Cantered Maintenance – all discipline (RCM) and implement a sustainable and structured maintenance improvement process, based on Reliability Cantered techniques 
  • To perform Failure Mode Effect and Criticality analysis using Customer Risk Matrix
  • To determine Proactive Maintenance task effective address to Failure Mode and Failure Cause
  • Develop Generic Maintenance Strategies based on the Equipment type and sub type with respect Equipment Criticality.
  • Carry out condition and performance monitoring of critical equipment in order to recommend optimum maintenance activities
  • Identifying dominant failures and bad actors from Equipment History and ensuring proactive maintenance tasks are in place
  • Review and update maintenance processes, procedures, Check list, services, inspection frequencies or applicability of equipment
  • Develop Detail Specific Maintenance procedure for Repair/ Replacement & Overhaul

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years with relevant experience in plantation, mining or petrochemical industry, with a strong preference for Reliability & Maintenance experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge: Vibration Analysis, Maintenance Management System

Position: HR Superintendent 

 

Job Summary

This role will be required to evaluate and identify human capital inefficiencies, recommend solutions, develop HR strategies and models, and provide advice on HR policies and best practices.

 

Job Description:

  • Meeting with the Client, BOD and management teams to define the company’s HR issues, goals, and requirements.
  • Conducting research to identify workforce issues or inefficiencies.
  • Developing HR strategies and company-specific models.
  • Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of new policies, procedures, tools, and strategies.
  • Monitoring and reviewing human capital analytics to evaluate the efficacy of new policies.
  • Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
  • Ensuring that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR /HR consultant/HRIS or similar.
  • CHRP certification is advantageous.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with dashboard, IPIS, EAM, Payroll, and HR management software and very good in MS. Excel & PowerPoint
  • Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.

Position: Heavy Equipment (HE) Mechanical Technician

 

Job Summary

This role is responsible to perform a variety of activities designed to service, repair and maintain pieces of Company-owned heavy equipment. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic maintains heavy equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, such as correcting vehicle deficiencies, making adjustments and alignments, and keeping records.

 

Job Description:

  • Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts;
  • Service, repair and maintenance of a variety of automotive equipment such as container truck lifts, reach stackers, front end loaders, cranes and other special purpose types of equipment;
  • Maintain records of equipment repaired along with time spent on such equipment;
  • Check bulldozers, cranes, and other heavy equipment for proper performance;
  • Inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions and diagnose to determine extent of repair required;
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using appropriate tools;
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications;
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment;
  • Maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance on all equipment providing for lubrication, replacement of tires and tune ups;
  • Provides instruction and training in the proper methods and processes necessary to perform equipment repair, inspection and preventive maintenance;
  • Assists other mechanics with the more difficult assignments;
  • Performs layout work for fabrication of parts and equipment;

Job Requirements:

  • High School or Diploma of Professional Studies in heavy mechanic/diesel mechanic is preferred, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy diesel equipment, or equivalent;
  • 3 years’ experience of which must have specifically involved the repair of trucks or other heavy automotive equipment, or equivalent.
  • Having Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification, an asset (inter-provincial seal preferred);
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electronic systems;
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License required;
  • Thorough knowledge of the construction, design, assembly and maintenance of a wide variety of special purpose heavy equipment;
  • Considerable knowledge of tools and equipment needed for the overhaul, repair and maintenance of heavy automotive equipment;
  • Considerable knowledge and a high degree of skill in diagnosis of trouble reported on the various pieces of equipment;
  • Ability to keep records of repairs, time and parts used for the servicing of heavy, special purpose automotive equipment, and to make related reports;
  • Skill in the use of instruments and tools employed in the checking and repair of motors and special equipment;
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude, coordination and dexterity.
  • Driving motor vehicles and heavy equipment is occasionally required;
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment;
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and supervisors;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Willing to be based in Kutai Kertanegara, Kaltim
